Therapy for Teens, 15+
We provide counselling to teens aged 15+. Our approach to counselling with teens is collaborative and non-judgmental, supporting teens to build on their existing strengths. We recognize that every teen is unique, and sessions are tailored to your teen and their needs.
In the first session, the focus will be on getting to know your teen better, understanding what brings them to counselling, and what their goals are. In later sessions, we build on this rapport to encourage reflection and develop skills that make navigating day-to-day life easier.
When working with teens, building trust and a positive relationship between the counsellor and teen is a priority. As counsellors, we strive to create a safe space for teens to be open about their experiences, while balancing the need to ensure parents are informed and involved.

Navigating pressure from school, sports, or other outside factors
Exploring transition periods like graduation, starting university, or relationship changes
Struggling with self-esteem, academic stress, anxiety, or low mood
